1. What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password, or your name and email from Google Sign-In.
- App data: the app name, package name, closed testing link, notes and any test account you give us.
- Order data: the plan, amount, currency, payment status and the payment provider's reference. Card and PayPal details are handled by PayPal; we do not receive them.
- Test data: screenshots, logs and activity our phones record while using your app.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a cookie that remembers your language.
- Advertising measurement: when we run Google Ads, the Google tag records that a visit led to a sign-up or an order. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it runs without advertising cookies.
2. How we use it
We use this data to run your closed test, show your dashboard, take payment, send receipts and notices about your apps, answer support requests and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.
3. Who we share it with
- Payment provider: PayPal, to process your payment.
- Infrastructure providers: hosting, database and storage providers, and Cloudflare for email delivery.
- Google, for advertising measurement as described above.
- Google: our test phones use their own Google accounts to join your closed test, as Google Play requires.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
4. Retention and security
We keep account and order data while your account exists and as long as accounting rules require. Screenshots and test logs are kept for as long as they are useful for your reports. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions use random tokens, and access to production systems is restricted.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data-protection law, you also have the rights that law gives you, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
6. International transfers
We operate from Vietnam and our providers may process data in other countries. We only use providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards.
7. Children
The service is for developers and is not intended for children under 16.
