1. Our guarantee
If Google refuses production access for your app because our testers did not meet the requirement — at least 12 testers opted in for 14 days in a row — we refund 100% of the order. Every phone's daily activity is logged, so we can check the cause together.
2. Other cases with a full refund
- You cancel before our phones have joined your closed test.
- We cannot start testing within 7 days of your payment for a reason on our side.
- We decline your app (for example because it breaks Google Play policies) before testing starts.
3. When a refund does not apply
- Google refuses production access for reasons about the app itself, its policy compliance, or your answers to Google's questions.
- You removed our tester group, paused or closed the closed testing track, or changed the app's package during the test.
- The 14-day test was completed as described and Google approved it, or you did not apply for production access.
4. How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] within 30 days after your 14-day test ends, with your app name and, where relevant, a screenshot of Google's decision. We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
