1. Who we are
TesterBie (https://testerbie.com) is operated by the team that runs 12tester.vn, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You can reach us at [email protected]. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. The service
TesterBie helps Android developers complete Google Play's closed testing requirement. After you add our Google Group ([email protected]) to your closed testing track and pay for an order, physical Android phones in our device farm, each with its own Google account, opt in to your test, install your app from Google Play and use it every day for 14 days. You can follow the progress, the phones and any problems found on your dashboard.
We do not publish reviews or ratings, change your store listing, or access your Google Play Console. Google alone decides whether your app gets production access.
3. Your responsibilities
- You own or are authorised to manage the app and the developer account you submit.
- Your app complies with the law and with Google Play's Developer Program Policies, and contains no malware.
- You keep your closed testing track active and do not remove our testers during the 14 days.
- Any test account you give us is a dedicated test account, not one holding real personal or financial data.
We may decline or stop testing an app that is unlawful, harmful, or against Google Play policies, and refund the order.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once per app for one 14-day closed test. Payments are processed by PayPal, with a PayPal account or by card through PayPal's checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Testing starts after the payment is confirmed and Google has approved your closed testing track.
5. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Liability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or a delayed launch.
7. Accounts and termination
Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders placed earlier keep the terms that applied when they were paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to consumer protections that the law of your country gives you.
